How do I know if I need extermination?

The answer to this question is pretty simple. If you see just a few ants or just one mouse, those few ants or one mouse have a whole bunch of buddies  lurking where you can't see them. If you have even a slightly visible problem then you have a problem. Left untreated, you could have a crisis.

How long do I have to leave the premises?

When we provide an exterior treatment all pets and animals must be out of the yard for a minimum of 2 hours. Interior treatments require you & any pets to vacate the home for a minimum of 4 hours.

What about pets and children?

Children need to leave during the treatment and may return 4 hours after completion. As for pets, they will also need to vacate the home for 4 hours or 2 hours for an exterior treatment. Fish tanks need to be covered with a damp, wet cloth and air filters/pumps need to be turned off.

Do the chemicals you use have a real bad odor?

Some chemicals will have some type of odor to them, depending on the sensitivity of smell of each person. Currently there are more environmentally aware chemicals now offered for pest control operators to use that are more sensitive to peoples preferences.

Do you guarantee your work?

We stand behind the quality of work we provide. Should any problems arise within a reasonable amount of time after the completion of a job, we will return free of charge per agreement, unless otherwise stated. Some applications are only guaranteed per the manufactures label. We do not add any additional guarantee.
